首先，我想說明這間並非傳統酒店，而是服務式住宅，適合旅居人士居住。它採用全智能入住方式，沒有前台人員，也沒有服務員，每層約有三十多個單位，粗略估計整棟大樓超過三百個房間。電梯只有兩部，因此等候時間可能較長，房間隔音較差，深夜時也清楚聽到鄰近房間聲音，地理位置相當便利，就在地鐵站樓上，無需出地面即可直達樓層，每日自助式早餐選擇雖不多，但也足以果腹。

地點方便，忠武路5號出口接連。樓下有GS25同Starbucks, 行去明洞站10分鐘直路。房間夠大有機本設施，但洗手間有異味雖要改善。

チェックイン前に荷物預かってくださるし、日本語話せる方いたのでとてもスムーズでした。
1人だったのもあり、かなり広々使えました。
ただキッチン付近、下水道？の臭いがきつかったかなと、、、
浴室は広くて自動ドアでびっくりです！
駅からも近くよかったです！

地理位置非常好，地鐵忠武路站5.6號B1直接連結，但帶行李跟推嬰兒車要扛幾階階梯，也可以從7號出口搭電梯出來，對面就是了，有先看評論知道電梯不好等，但實際住，其實就check out 10-11點比較難等而已，其他時間都沒有等太久！
還有個點是 浴室不知道為什麼一直有奇怪的味道？

忠武路駅のそばでかなり利便性良い。
ホテル問題なく安く泊まれました。お店で食べなくても、キッチン、レンジ等あるのでチキンやらベーカリーやらテイクアウトしてゆっくり部屋でわちゃわちゃ出来る安心なホテル^ ^また長期の旅で利用します！
